Three-bedroom luxury villa, with a 500 square meter garden, situated amongst the cool tropical banana plantations that surround the village of Kissonerga on the west coast of Cyprus. Only 15 meters from the Mediterranean Sea with its unobstructed sea view of just "blue", and refreshing sea mists at every break of the waves.
There are two twin bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) on the ground floor with spacious wardrobes and dressing tables. One bedroom has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. Between the bedrooms there is an additional W.C, with basin for any guest with disability or mobility problems. There is a further spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and sauna. All three bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Fully equipped with refrigerator & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, granite work-tops and all cooking utensils.

Large dining table and chairs for 6 adults.
Living Room:
Spacious lounge area comfortable for 6 adults with satellite TV and music system, and just through the patio doors is the pool terrace. For the cooler winter nights there is also an open fireplace for log fires.
Swimming pool:
8 meters x 4 meters and maximum depth of 2 meters. The pool can be heated (at a supplement) so can be enjoyed all year round. Sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace along with a BBQ area.
Location:
The villa is in Kissonerga, which is 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay and just 10 minutes drive to Paphos town centre.
