Outside, there is a 7m x 3.5m private swimming pool with roman steps, which is surrounded by pretty lawned gardens. There is also a separate small children's paddling pool, brick built barbecue, shower, covered terrace, tables and chairs. From the outside area you have panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
The villa has air-conditioning units to all of the bedrooms. There is also central heating (for the winter months) together with a heated pool facility which is subject to a supplement.
The villa is within walking distance of Peristerona village with their small supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop and museum. The beaches and town of Polis are within 15 minutes drive.
