The master bedroom's bathroom suite has a whirlpool 'Jacuzzi' bath. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor with its own private shower room and direct access to the pool/gardens. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen with oak kitchen cabinets and granite work top surfaces, incorporating Bosch appliances including oven, hob, extractor canopy, dishwasher and a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a breakfast bar with 6 chairs. The kitchen is open to the dinning area which has a table with 6 chairs. This area is open to the living room which is tastefully furnished with elegant Italian style furniture. There is a large satellite TV, a fireplace and chandeliers. Downstairs guest WC.

All of the rooms have split air-conditioning units for heating and cooling so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.

Outside, the impressive gardens are arranged over two levels. To the side, there is a communal full size tennis court. The main upper garden has a large, beautiful 11 m x 5 m swimming pool which has a waterfall feature where the water at the far end cascades into the smaller 'paddling pool' on the level below. The pools are surrounded by lawns and flower beds and there is a pergola and a terrace together which are lit at night. On the lower level there is a pool room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a large brick built traditional style barbecue and oven. All of the gardens and pools have direct views to the sea. There is also a full size tennis court.

The property is quite unique and has all of the comforts and facilities that one requires for a superb holiday. This villa is highly recommended.

Maid service is provided two times per week. Optional extras include; tennis lessons, horse riding, glass bottom boat tour, safari tours and private chef to prepare barbecue and Greek speciality food in outdoor traditional ovens.
