Opened in 2003, this new project comprises of 3
and 4 bedroom luxury villas, of unique character and style,
designed for discerning individuals. All of the villas are furnished
and equipped to a high standard. Each villa has on the first
floor a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a veranda
overlooking the pool. There are a further 2 or 3 twin bedrooms
and bathroom, all with air-conditioning for cooling/heating.
On the ground floor there is a large living/dinning room with
satellite TV, CD/Radio, telephone (extra charge) with French
windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. The
kitchens are fully equipped and there is also a guest WC.
Outside there is a covered veranda, patio, 10m x 5m private
swimming pool, garden furniture, sun loungers with umbrellas,
covered car park and gardens.
Cleaning is provided once per week by a caretaker that lives
on the premises for 24 hours a day service. There is also
a main reception where extra maid services can be arranged,
email and internet services, hair dressing, beauty and massage
treatments, baby sitting, Doctor on call, daily au-pair, Excursions
and Cruises (all at a supplement).
The villas are located in Oriklini village, in Larnaca, being
within 2.5km of Oriklini Beach and within walking distance
of Oriklini village with a selection of bars, restaurants
and shopping facilities. Larnaca town centre is within a short
distance by car and Ayia Napa can be reached on the new motorway
within 30 minutes.
