Description

Situated within only 150 meters of the Mediterranean Sea is this completely private 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool. The villa has been recently built and is both spacious and modern throughout. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, small CD/radio/ cassette player and working fireplace. The living room is open-plan to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a separate shower room. A marble staircase leads to the first floor level which has 2 further bedrooms; one double with en-suite bathroom. This room has access to a large roof terrace which has panoramic views of the sea. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and small balcony. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units.

Outside, the property is approached via its own long private driveway. There are lawned gardens, a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, sun beds, table and chairs.

The villa is completely private and is surrounded by open countryside and you can walk to the end of your garden, directly to the beach. There is a supermarket nearby (couple of minutes drive) and several local Cypriot tavernas. The main town of Polis is within 8 minutes easy drive along the coast where you will find comprehensive amenities. This beautiful area is an ideal location to explore the unspoilt Polis Chrysochous coastline. The famous Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas National Park are also within easy reach.
