A large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa with extensive gardens, large private swimming pool and extensive terraces.

The villa is approached via its own private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. The ground floor comprises of a large double length living room with satellite TV and large patio doors from which you have views of the gardens and the sea. The kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped, including oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are 3 large bedrooms on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a guest cloakroom. On the first floor there is a further large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out to a large veranda with panoramic views.

All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and the property also has central heating throughout.

Outside, there is a large private swimming pool which is surrounded by a well stocked garden. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs, separate brick built barbecue area with further table and chairs. The large covered terrace at the front has superb views over the pool, garden and distant sea.

The villa is located in Tala, a prestigious residential suburb of Paphos and is within 10 minutes drive of Paphos town centre and 15 minutes drive of the sandy beach at Coral Bay.
