sought after beach front holiday properties in the heart of
Coral Bay. This particular villa sits on a well-appointed
plot of land right on the water’s edge. When you wake
up in the morning, you will hear the waves lapping up on the

The interior is very well furnished, the lounge and TV area
opening out onto the patio and pool area, which overlook the
sea. The kitchen is fully kitted with all modcons. Towards
the rear of the villa there is a twin bedroom with a private
walk in shower room and toilet. On the upper level you will
find a double room that opens out onto a large balcony, which
faces the sparkling waters of the Med.
There is also a second twin bedroom on the upper level, which
has sliding doors out onto the balcony as well as a sea-facing
window. The last bedroom is a double and this also enjoys
sea views from the shuttered window.
This villa is unique in that it has a lower level below ground
with separate TV and satellite. Very cool environment in the
summer.
Pool and garden furniture are in abundance making the outside
a very welcoming sun tanning and BBQ area. The entire front
of the villa is sea facing so you will be able to enjoy your
