The lower level of the villa boasts a large open plan lounge and dining area which adjoins the spacious modern kitchen through a large service hatch. The design lends itself to a cool summer feeling, with fresh breezes gently blowing in off the sea. As with all Agios villas the kitchen comes fitted with all modcons.

For your enjoyment, there is a large 5m by 8m swimming pool. The outside patio which can be accessed from the living area is shaded and is the ideal place to enjoy those warm summer days by the pool.
