are many companies who offer bike tours around the island. All offer
a pick up and drop off service.
Mountain biking seems to be the most popular but racing bikes are
also offered for the fanatics.
All tours are tailored to the guests riding ability and fitness.

The Akamas tour.
From either Limassol or Paohos, this tour takes you round fascinating
gorges, citrus and banana platations, along beach tracks with hidden
caves and bays with bizzar rock formations. Depending on the time
of the year there is also the possibility of a swim.This tour takes
between 2-3 hours and the distance covered is approamatley 20-30
kms.
The Troodos tour.
Taking you through the wine villages there are amazing views towards
the Troodos mountains, terraced hills and wineyards. You may come
across sheep and goat herds,Again there is the possibility of swimming.
This tour lasts 3-4 hours and is between 30 and 50 kms.
The Cape Greco tour.
From Pernera, Protaras, Agia Napa or Larnaca.
Offering pictureisque views of the sea shores this tour will lead
you through typical villages, citrus plantationsand along a lake
shore. There is also bird watching avaliable on this tour. Swimming
is also an option.
Riding time being between 2-3 hrs and the distance being 20 -30
kms.
The Orange Valley Tour.
From Limassol, Pernera Portaras, Agia Napa and Larnaca.
Through orange plantations and wheat fields this tour takes you
along beach trails to hidden caves and bays.Swimming is included
on this tour.
Riding time is 3-4 hrs and distance is between 30 and 50 kms.
Mufflon Tour.
Through the forestsand along shadey tracks this tour takes you through
Mufflon territory.You may be lucky and spot some Mufflon (wild rare
mountain sheep).Along the north coast of Cyprus you will also come
across fresh water dams,
Riding distance is 25-35kms taking between 2 or 3 hrs.
There are moon light tours offered by some tour operaters but as
these can only be done on a full moon you would need to check with
your tour operator.
