This villa along with villa 119 form our
two most highly sought after beach front holiday properties
in the heart of Coral Bay. This particular villa sits on a
well-appointed plot of land right on the water’s edge.
When you wake up in the morning, you will hear the waves lapping
up on the beach, absolute bliss.
The interior is very well furnished, the lounge and TV area
opening out onto the patio and pool area, which overlook the
sea. The kitchen is fully kitted with all modcons. Towards
the rear of the villa there is a twin bedroom with a private
walk in shower room and toilet. On the upper level you will
find a double room that opens out onto a large balcony, which
faces the sparkling waters of the Med.
There is also a second twin bedroom on the
upper level, which has sliding doors out onto the balcony
as well as a sea-facing window. The last bedroom is a double
and this also enjoys sea views from the shuttered window.
This villa is unique in that it has a lower
level below ground with separate TV and satellite. Very cool
environment in the summer.
Pool and garden furniture are in abundance
making the outside a very welcoming sun tanning and BBQ area.
The entire front of the villa is sea facing so you will be
able to enjoy your Mediterranean holiday to its fullest
The beaches of Coral Bay are literally within
a 5 min walk, the main strip of shops and restaurants are
also within walking distance making this one of the most conveniently
situated holiday villas.
