Upon arrival at the villa, everything was spotless and just as shown on the photos, welcome pack came in very handy too for that much needed cup of tea!. We had a slight problem with no hot water the first day but a cool shower was very refreshing and Costas the maintenance man was soon round to sort it out for us. T he villa was very private and we heard barely any noise from neighbours or vehicles as we was down a private drive. We would certainly not hesitate in using Agios again if this is the standard of their other properties, you will not go far wrong. Many thanks to Sarah and Eileen for all their help during the booking process, as this was our fist time booking this way and their help was invaluable. Our main concern though was there was no telephone in the villa, and we were unable to get a signal on our mobile, thankfully we managed to get through the holiday without any mishaps. We have had a fantastic holiday in your Villa. The whole experience was excellent from the time of booking, our welcome at the villa and during our stay. All your staff are brilliant and you have a very hight standard of customer care. The villa itself was of a very high standard, clean, comfortable and a brilliant base for a relaxing holiday. The hire car worked out really well and we really appreciated the luxury of a late checkout on our day of departure. The only thing we would like to improve would be the amount of shade around the pool at the height of the day. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday experience
