The fixtures and fittings were to a good standard - and the pool was superb. You and your team did an excellent job - thankyou for the service throughout - particularly recommending the change to this villa (it was ideal for our needs - size and location) your welcome was most kind as was the help to gain access when we locked ourselves out (please accept my apologies for this). Dear all at Agios, Thankyou for your email. We had a wonderful time in Cyprus. The apartment and resort were fantastic with lots to do and a variety of places to eat. The apartment itself was just as described on the website and was clean and tidy on arrival. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. Another plus was the information pack in the apartment of local things to do - as this was our first time in Cyprus we used this alot to plan what we were going to do throughtout our stay. It was also pleasant to get a visit from one of your staff, Eileen, who came to check that everything was going well with our stay - it was a nice personal touch. I have already recommended the resort to numerous friends who are interested in visiting Cyprus and from our photos of the resort i think it is a place they would choose to stay. I have forwarded your website to many of them. Overall we were very pleased with your service, from booking the apartment through to the arrival and departure. Communication through emails was excellent, we were always kept well informed of what we needed to do in terms of payment etc. Thanks again for all your help with booking such a great place to stay in Cyprus and making our holiday so special. We all had a lovely time, villa was very nice, clean and modern. The team contacted us the next day to make sure everything was ok, they even called round but we were out, leaving contact information and other details, they were all very helpful. Had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you.
