Enjoying some favrouable weather, sunshine in Cyprus is not hard to come by during both the summer and winter. It's due to this favourable weather, the holiday season lasts from April right through to October

Normally speaking, if renting a holiday villa in Cyprus, the weather is warm enough to negate the need for pool heating. It is only in about late October that one might need a villa's swimming pool to be heated.

During the evenings in the height of summer, the weather here in Cyprus is fairly hot and you will need air conditioning. Most holiday properties in Cyprus now offer air conditioning as an included benefit.

The weather in Cyprus does dictate which of the island's beaches are the most favourable. Generally speaking the Paphos beaches and the Pissouri beaches are the coolest, whilst the Larnaca and Protaras beaches are the warmest.
