This absolutely stunning 3 bedroom villa is built along the 2nd fairway and offers amazing views of the golf course as well as views of the sea to the rear. Interior fittings are of an extremely high standard making this a highly recommended property.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with lush grass and private parking space. The front of the villa features a large swimming pool overlooked by a pergola covered patio running the length of the house.

Ground Floor
Open plan arrangement with the kitchen opening out into the dining area which lies adjacent to the lounge. The villa has a TV, DVD player and Sky Satellite. Both the kitchen and the lounge open out onto the main patio area and offer views of the swimming pool and golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob and breakfast bar. Microwave and cooking utensils are also provided.
