Stop and take your time to look at something incredibly special. This 5 bedroom villa is perhaps one of the finest properties in all of Cyprus. Perched on the edge of the ravine at Aphrodite Hills, the property offers fantastic views of the sea, golf course and the surrounding foothills of Aphrodite. Truly spectacular.

Exterior
The villa boasts a very large split-level patio and pool area with a stunning private infinity pool looking towards the sea. Complete with a built in BBQ area, you will probably not want to move too far from the villa for your entire trip. The upper level of the patio is an ideal place to lounge in the shade of the veranda for an afternoon siesta, get a taste of the Mediterranean lifestyle. The villa is also within walking distance of the Aphrodite Hills Resort clubhouse and village square which has shops, cafes, health spa and tennis academy all located within close proximity to one another.
Car hire for this villa is therefore not essential. For those who do select the option of car hire, the villa has a private carport.

Interior
Furnished to the highest standards, the lounge opens out on to the dining area, which joins on to the kitchen. The lounge is exceptionally spacious with high ceiling and large glass doors which lead out onto the upper level of the patio. The off white colour theme also adds to the class and feel of the villa.
The kitchen is fully kitted to the highest standards.
The entrance to the villa has a w/c and a passage, which leads to the lower level which has 2 twin bedrooms which are both very tastefully furnished and have access to the pool area. These rooms share a large shower room and toilet; again quality is something to believe.

The passageway that leads to the lower level also splits and leads up to the upper level, which also has 2 double bedrooms one with a private balcony overlooking the pool area. Shared bathroom boasts a very large bath.

The main bedroom is found one level above the lounge area and it has its own private balcony, which looks towards the sea and ravine. Waking up to this view is an experience. The bedroom has a lovely spacious walk in shower room, making this one of the most complete villa packages available.
