Located on the fringes of the coastline in the popular tourist area of Coral Bay, the complete holiday package awaits you.

Newly completed and furnished to a high standard, you will be able to enjoy a Mediterranean seaside holiday in style. Sitting on the water’s edge gives you easy access to the main Coral Bay road which has many shops, bars and restaurants as well as access to the main sandy beaches.

The villa comes complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to the sea facing balcony. A unique design has been used for this villa, a lovely wooden staircase has been constructed to connect the lower and upper levels.

The lower level of the villa boasts a large open plan lounge and dining area which adjoins the spacious modern kitchen through a large service hatch. The design lends itself to a cool summer feeling, with fresh breezes gently blowing in off the sea. As with all Agios villas the kitchen comes fitted with all modcons.

For your enjoyment, there is a large 5m by 10m swimming pool. The outside patio which can be accessed from the living area is shaded and is the ideal place to enjoy those warm summer days by the pool.
