Located near the sparkling Mediterranean, this lovely villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Med. The villa is sea facing and has a stunning garden along with shaded patio overlooking the pool area.

The lower level is an open-plan arrangement featuring an attractively furnished lounge, dining area and kitchen. Both the dining area and lounge have large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The villa is newly built so everything is in excellent condition from the kitchen mod-cons to the furniture. Every thought has gone into the planning of the villa, including a DVD and book library, and an eclectic mix of ornaments and pictures add to the enjoyment. No expense has been spared in making this a comfortable, attractive place to vacation.

The upper level features the tastefully furnished bedrooms (one double and one twin), both en suite. The bedrooms have private balconies, perfect for sundowners as you look towards the Mediterranean Sea.

There is a guest WC downstairs, and air-conditioning throughout.

Outside, the swimming pool has walk-in steps, and is set within a mature, colourful garden. A table and chairs is placed below a pergola, and a barbeque is available; ideal for dining al-fresco.

All amenities are within a short walk, including the sandy beach. This is the ideal spot to capture the essence of Cyprus. We cannot emphasize enough the beauty of Pissouri, we will leave you to enjoy it and draw your own conclusions.
