This luxury property consists of 2 levels.
The lower level houses the entrance hallway which leads into the open plan living area and dining room. Tastefully furnished in a modern style and bright and airy, both the living area and dining room enjoy direct views out to sea as well as access to the pool and patio areas. The kitchen lies adjacent to the dining room, and is beautifully fitted with beech units and granite worktops and is equipped with all modern conveniences.

The lower level also has a guest WC.

The 3 bedrooms are all on the upper level, 2 bedrooms enjoying unobstructed views of the sea.

The master bedroom is a double room complete with private balcony with pergola which overlooks the pool area and ravine and is the perfect location to enjoy some stunning sunsets. An en-suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle completes the master bedroom facilities.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, both with an en-suite shower room. All bedroom are attractively presented, with parquet floors and air-conditioning.



Outside, the 8 metre infinity pool overlooks the sea and unspoilt hillside, and ample sunbeds and chairs are provided for relaxing outdoors. The gas barbeque and outdoor dining table makes it a pleasure to dine al-fresco whilst enjoying the fabulous views.

Being a short walk from the amenities negates the need for hiring a car.
As with all Agios villas, we offer an optional airport transfer service which can be booked once the villa is secured with us.
