Located on the water's edge in Coral Bay and being within walking distance of shops and restaurants makes this villa ideal for a group of family getaway in the Med. The villa is single level, spacious and as with all our villas comes complete with private pool and air conditioning.

The main living area and dining area are open plan and lie adjacent to the entrance hallway of the villa. The large glass doorway of the living area gives you direct access to the shaded patio and pool area which looks directly out to sea. The kitchen is situated next door to the lounge and also boasts direct access to the garden and pool areas.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the side and front of the villa.

The rear garden houses the pool and enjoy fabulous views of the sea and bay. The yard is large and lawned and outdoor umbrellas are provided for those wanting to sit by the pool. The pool is overlooked by the main patio area which is also shaded and has an outdoor dining table. This makes the area an ideal location for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Coral Bay shops and restaurants are within a short walk and the main sandy beach of Coral Bay is also easily access either by walking or by using public transport that operates within Coral Bay.

Airport transfers can be arranged for you, car hire is therefore not necessary.
