This spacious four bedroom villa is built on two plots ensuring privacy. The villa is located on the Eastern Plateau of the luxury 5 star Aphrodite Hills resort, meaning that car hire is recommended.

On the L shaped ground floor is located the first of two twin bedded rooms with air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. A separate downstairs cloak room is also provided on this level. The living area is decorated in a very modern manner with corner sofa and arm chair and large 50 inch Plasma TV, DVD and free to air Satellite and surround sound system. Patio doors lead off the living area to the extensive gardens and pool terrace.

The large kitchen accommodates a large breakfast island and dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice making facilities, washing machine with tumble dryer and air-conditioning.

The hallway houses a closet area acting as a cloak room with safe, CD player and I-pod docking station with controls for surround sound throughout the villa and outside areas.

The marble stairs lead to the upper level with the remaining three bedrooms; a twin room and double bedded room sharing a family shower room and the master suite with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning included in the price.

Outside the villa has a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps and shaded terrace areas for alfresco dining or sunbathing. The gardens also have a BBQ area located under a pergola. The villa is accessed by an electric gate allowing private off road parking.
