A beautiful five bedroom villa with private pool is set amongst the fruit trees with fabulous unobstructed views of the sea.

The spacious open plan living/dining area is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, flat screen satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A breakfast bar with three high stools can be found between the kitchen and the informal dining area. The villa has two dining areas, one off the kitchen area with informal seating the other off the living area with a large modern dining table and 8 high backed chairs perfect for formal dining. A separate guest cloakroom is found on this floor.

All five bedrooms have their own en suite facilities. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the pool and terrace area. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The master suite comprises of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a private sitting area, seperate sauna facilities and a private balcony, a perfect room for those that wish to unwind. The remaining two bedrooms are both double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and the other with an en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms share a balcony that looks over the swimming pool, colourful gardens and clear sparkling blue waters of the Chrysochous Bay.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) and a small television set, linked to the main satellite TV. A baby cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

The 13m x 6m swimming pool has walk in steps and surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A gas barbecue is available and with plenty of outdoor seating provided summer dining al fresco can be enjoyed on those warm summer evenings.
