The villa has split air-conditioning throughout, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round, especially as the pool can also be heated at a supplement. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with wooden sun beds, garden table & chairs and a poolside shower. Shad is provided by a wooden pergoal and a barbecue is provided for al fresco dining taking advantage of those warm summer nights.
