This 3 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms is set in the peaceful location of Ayios Georgious, on the edge of the Akamas Penninsular, a protected nature reserve, unspoilt and tranquil. Just a short drive from the fishing harbor of Ayios Georgios or a 5 minute drive from the tourist area of Coral Bay, makes this an ideal holiday getaway, with a few local tavernas and fish restaurant in walking distance of the villa.

We do also have on offer, it’s sister villa being coded Villa 269, therefore ideal for two families wanting to vacation together and yet still have their own private space.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features comfortable sofas, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher with the washing machine being housed in the separate downstairs guest toilet. The dining table seats 6 people.

The first double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor, with the two remaining bedrooms being located on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom with adjacent shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom.

Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied.

Outside the 9.5m x 4.5m swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. A private driveway leads to the villa and hedging around the perimeter ensures the property enjoys a good degree of privacy with stunning views down to the sea.
