This spacious newly built 3 bedroom single storey villa is located on the outskirts of the protected Akamas Peninsula National Park and surrounded by tall pine trees with commanding views of the clear Mediterranean sea.

The owner of the villa has decorated the property to high specification, with warm furnishings. The open plan living area with high beamed ceiling features a flatscreen television with home cinema package and limited satellite channels, DVD player, Playstation 3, working fireplace and full size pool table. The owner has provided a small CD & DVD collection for guests use.

The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are found in the adjacent utility room. A modern dining table is located between the living and kitchen areas and comfortably seats 8 persons.

The three bedrooms, two twin rooms and one double are located along a corridor leading off the living area, all with patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. Both twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi facility.

Air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating purposes) are throughout the villa. The villa also has under-floor heating therefore the villa can be enjoyed all year round. The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box and the owner provides an hairdryer for guests use. Pool towels are also supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The 10 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool has both walk in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a paved terrace furnished with adequate sunbeds and umbrellas and outdoor furniture for enjoying lazy halcyon days.

The pine forest that the villa is situated in does provide a welcome respite from the intense Cypriot sunshine during the hot summer months.
