This newly built superb luxury 5 bedroom villa is situated right on the beach front with views to die for. If you like to open your doors and have the sea at your doorstep then this is the perfect villa for you.

The villa has 3 levels with the ground floor housing the living area incorporating a 4 metre wide and 7 metre high glass window facing the Mediterranean so as to capture spectacular sea views. Doors open out on to the patio which overlooks the swimming pool and garden. Separating the living area and the dining area is a working fireplace.

On this level the first of three twin rooms can be found with adjacent shower room.
Stairs then lead to the lower and upper levels.
On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double. The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath has stunning sea views and features windows into the swimming pool giving you the feeling of being submerged, or at least a fun photo opportunity. There is a door leading to a small veranda with an outside staircase that leads you straight to the pool area.
The upper level of the villa has a further twin room and a second double room both with en-suite shower rooms. The double bedroom has his and hers large washing basins, as also, a large bed with built in side lamps operated by touch. The large window commands spectacular sea views that can be enjoyed without the need to get out of the bed!

All rooms have open views to the sparkling blue sea, in the summer it is warm enough to enjoy a night’s sleep with the windows and curtains open to make the most of the cool sea breezes.

From the upper level stairs lead to a stunning roof terrace which boasts panoramic views across the bay. It is also perfect for those sundowners as you watch the sunset over the Med.

The garden spoils you with stunning views of the bay, built in covered BBQ area, private swimming pool and lawn area complete with pergola seating area enjoying large rattan outdoor dinning table as well as a comfortable 3 piece sofa set to help you enjoy memorable sunsets whilst enjoying a refreshing cocktail. A 2-way horizontal fountain of water and a couple of Jacuzzi jets in the pool for hydro-massages complete the picture.

All rooms have air-conditioning included in the price and the owner supplied a welcome pack for all arrivals.

Car hire is not essential with this villa, as within walking distance you have the beach, fish tavern, seaside bar and a few shops. The bus service between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay is close at hand.
