Satellite TV, with nearly 2000 channels including Sky free to view, Wi-Fi internet connection, PlayStation 3, integral kitchen appliances and a working fireplace are just a few of the features the owner is able to offer in this lovely villa. One of the leather sofas converts into a bed, therefore allowing the villa to accommodate 4 persons. Double sliding doors lead out onto the swimming pool terrace, where there is plenty of space to sunbathe by the private pool or enjoy al fresco dining making use of the barbecue area. This property also benefits from a small child’s pool.
Located behind the kitchen area is the double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. The villa is fitted with air-conditioning and the owner supplies a safe and a hairdryer for your use. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate guest WC.
