This 4 bedroom villa with large private swimming pool is situated in the picturesque Sea Caves area outside of Coral Bay.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area, features comfortable sofas, a working fireplace, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher with the washing machine being housed in the separate utility room. The dining table seats 8 people. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, with the three remaining bedrooms being located on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and both sharing a balcony.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied.
Outside the large 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A portable barbecue has been provided for al fresco dining on those warm summer nights. A private driveway leads to the villa and hedging around the perimeter ensures the property enjoys a good degree privacy.
The villa is just minutes walk from 2 restaurants and a kiosk for basic provisions.
Whilst the villa is situated on the road from Coral Bay to Ayios Georgios and therefore could experience some traffic noise, the villa and pool terrace are sheltered from the road by high trees and shrubbery providing a good degree of privacy and seclusion.
