This large five bedroom villa is an ideal property for a large family looking for a relaxing holiday, in a villa with the WOW factor.

You approach the villa through private electronic gates into a double driveway with enough space for several cars. Entrance into the villa is through large double wooden doors, that lead into a very open and light hallway.

To the right is the spacious living area with comfortable leather sofas and chaise lounges. Entertainment is via a 40 inch plasma TV with DVD and Sky satellite. Doors lead off onto the terrace and the pool.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons required for a self-catering holiday, including an espresso coffee maker and juicer, an island so as to give ample space to prepare the evening meal, and a small table with 4 chairs for a morning coffee. Doors lead out onto the dining terrace and steps to the pool area.

Off the hallway are two sets of stairs. The first set of stairs lead to the first three bedrooms, all off a light and spacious landing, with hidden kitchenette and seating area. The master suite has walk-in closet and en-suite shower room with double sink. Dual aspect windows allow for views over the back and front of the property. The walk-in closet houses a safe for added security of your personal belongings. On this level you will also find a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and up just a few steps is the only twin room with full bathroom with bath and shower with water jets.
The second staircase leads to the lower level double bedroom, with en-suite full bathroom with water jets. On this level is also located a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. On the first floor is a further double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom.

The extensive garden area makes this a truly enjoyable villa for those that like to pamper themselves al-fresco. The stunning overflow 12 x 6 meter swimming pool will entice you away from your cocktails at the outside bar area with built in BBQ and kitchen facilities. If you are not found in the pool, you could be enjoying the Jacuzzi or the enclosed gazebo, whilst the children play on the manicured lawn.
All in all, this is a superb comfortable villa will take you away from the stresses that the 21st century bring and you will certainly leave the villa feeling relaxed and spoilt.
