Description
This is one of four identical villas ideally located just 400 meters from the beach of the idyllic Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Pafos and 15 minutes drive to Aphrodite Hills's golf club. The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living /dining /kitchen area and a guest cloakroom. The living area is comfortably furnished, and offers Satellite television (limited channels), DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, and has a large dining table for 6 persons. A stunning terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area. The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two remaining twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom is air-conditioned at no extra charge, and the master bedroom has a safe box. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Outside is the 8m x 4m private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built-in barbeque area to the side, and a separate shower room as well as a covered mini kitchen with a sink. An added bonus, and popular new addition is the table tennis, positioned on the outdoor covered terrace. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price, and can also be provided in the living room at a charge of 35 euros per week, payable locally. A Wednesday or Saturday changeover is requested, although other days can be considered upon request – please contact us for details. Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its sparkling sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm. Pissouri Bay has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach, as well as a good selection of shops, minimarkets and an internet cafe, all within easy walking distance.
