Perched in an ideal location with sea and panoramic views, this is one of four identical luxury private villas situated adjacent to the <a href=http://www.aphroditeleisure.com target="_blank">Aphrodite Hills resort</a>. Being close to the amenities of both Aphrodite Hills and Paphos Town, but far away enough to enjoy good levels of peace and privacy, these villas come highly recommended. The gardens are all walled and graded and have been superbly landscaped. The upper terraces house the private swimming pools, all enjoying views of the sea and surrounding area. The pool areas are equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Large sliding glass doors lead from the pool area into the dining and living areas which both form an open plan arrangement with the kitchen. All furniture, kitchen mod cons and entertainment equipment are brand new. The living area adjoins a passage way which leads to the ground floor bedroom which has en suite facilities. The bedroom also enjoys private access out onto the pool patio. A guest cloakroom completes the facilities downstairs. The upper level houses the 2 main bedrooms, both en-suite. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern, contemporary style, and are fitted with parquet flooring and beech wardrobes and come complete with hairdryers. The views from the upper balcony are very difficult to beat, extending down the valley to the sea. For golfers, both Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses are nearby, and the traditional village of Kouklia is only 3 kilometres away. Here you will find excellent local tavernas, as well as a couple of good mini-markets. Paphos Town, with it wide range of facilities is just a short 15 minute drive.
