This 5 bedroom villa is located less than 1km from the beach of Geriskipou, on the outskirts of the town of Paphos. An ideal property for those attending a wedding in Paphos with it's size able to accommodate up to 10 persons. The exterior of the villa boasts a beautifully landscaped private garden with pool and set amongst many fruit trees that the owner harvests. The private drive way is gated and plenty of space for several cars is provided. The lower level of the villa boasts an open plan living and dining area with kitchen off. On this level are two of the twin bedrooms both sharing a family bathroom. There is a separate WC adjacent to the entrance area of the villa. Both the dining area and lounge have large doorway leading out into the garden and pool area. The upper level houses the three remaining bedrooms, the master double featuring an en suite bathroom. There is a shared bathroom for the remaining double and twin rooms. The villa is out of the main tourist area of Kato Paphos, however, within walking distance of the beach and Paphos Waterpark. The main village of Geriskipou is less than 2km from the villa and although this can be reached by foot, car hire is recommended for this property.
