The antiquities site has many acres of land with indigenous plants and birds. Yet amazingly, all of the amenities of Paphos are within easy reach of this villa. It is an easy walk to a choice of great beaches, while a short stroll along stunning new boardwalk brings visitors to the restaurants and shops of Paphos Harbour. The villas benefit from excellent transport links along the coast towards the sandy beaches of Coral Bay and attractions such as the Paphos Bird Park. Entry to the villa leads you directly into the open plan kitchen/living room/dining area, all with very modern appliances and furnishings. Satellite TV, with nearly 2000 channels including Sky free to view, Wi-Fi internet connection, PlayStation 3, integral kitchen appliances and a working fireplace are just a few of the features the owner is able to offer in this lovely villa. One of the leather sofas converts into a bed, therefore allowing the villa to accommodate 4 persons. Double sliding doors lead out onto the swimming pool terrace, where there is plenty of space to sunbathe by the private pool or enjoy al fresco dining making use of the barbecue area.
