A newly built 2 bedroom villa, all on one level, just added to our portfolio! Located in Pissouri Bay within a few minutes walk of the beach and with stunning sea views it is the complete holiday. The beach area itself boasts a number of local beach taverns, being less of a commercialised area, prices are very favourable. This villa is situated in the heart of the remarkably unspoilt and peaceful Pissouri Bay. Set in its own terraced garden and furnished in an ultra modern, contemporary style, it has its own private swimming pool and an unrivalled view of the bay. It is a single story, fully air conditioned, luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, sleeping up to 5 people. Entrance to the villa is into the open plan living/dining area, comfortably furnished and equipped with DVD player and I-Pod docking station. Please note that this villa does not have TV reception. A working fireplace allows the villa to be enjoyed in the winter months too and the villa does have full central heating. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven and hob. From the kitchen is a hallway leading to the two bedrooms, one twin and one double, the double with en-suite bathroom. A separate shower room with WC is adjacent to the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and the double bedroom having lovely sea views. Step out onto the terrace and be greeted by spectacular views to the sea and over Pissouri Bay. Enjoy a dip in the 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps, or a sundowner in the peaceful garden. If dining al-fresco is your thing, the villa owner has thoughtfully provided a fabulous outside kitchen with gas and charcoal barbecues and outside fridge. The owner does not accept children under the age of 10, however this villa is ideal for the elderly or infirmed as it is all on one level and pool access is by walk-in steps.
