General Questions

HOW DO I BOOK
Once you have selected the perfect villa, we will confirm availability and hold the dates for you while you arrange your flights.

You may use our search engine to find a suitable villa by area or just do a broad search. If you do not have time to search yourself, please just send us an enquiry detailing your dates of travel and any specific requirements you may have and let us do the work for you.

As availability is subject to change at any time so please do not book flights before we have confirmed final availability.

To proceed with the booking, just submit a booking form to us. To do this whilst viewing the property on the website, scroll down to the bottom of the page where there is an option to ‘Book Now’. Please fill in your dates and contact details and we will then contact you regarding payment terms.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Cyprus. We will remind you around 10 weeks before to give you time to complete the transaction.

If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking, full payment of the rental cost is required.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIODS
Our minimum rental period is one week. Rentals over a week will be charged at the pro-rata rate.

PAYMENTS
Villa rental prices are quoted in British Sterling per week for the villa, NOT per person.
Pool heating costs are paid locally in cash (Euros) to the Villa Management Team.
Car Hire costs are to be settled direct with Avis Car Rentals at time of collection.
Cots/High chair hire are to be settled direct with third party supplier (in Euros) if these are not already provided in the villa.

CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that should you have to cancel your booking, the 25% deposit payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel after you have settled the balance (ie, within 8 weeks of your arrival), this amount is also non-refundable.

AIR CONDITIONING
All our villas are fitted with air conditioning units. Unless specified in the property description on our website, there is no extra charge for these.

CAR HIRE
We can arrange your car hire requirements for you. Please click on the following link to submit your request.

Cyprus Car Hire

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
At all our properties, the check-in time is 2pm and check-out 10am.

(LATE CHECK-OUT)
During peak periods (May half-term, July, August, October half-term, Easter and Christmas) we are unlikely to be able to offer a late check-out. Certain hotels located close to your villa will be able to offer these services.

During other times, we are unable to guarantee that a late check-out will be possible until three or four days prior to your departure from Cyprus. A late check-out is dependent on whether there are any clients arriving on your last day and also permission from the management company in terms of their cleaning schedule. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional fee.

COT & HIGH CHAIRS
Most villas state in their short descriptions if a cot and high chair is supplied. If not please contact us for details on a cot and high chair supplier.

DIRECTIONS / CHECK-IN DETAILS
You will be able to access your directions and check-in details once your balance payment has been made and you have inserted credit card details as security against any major loss or damage to the villa and it’s contents.

Please ensure you print the directions/check-in details and bring them with you.

DRIVING IN CYPRUS
Vehicles are driven on the left side of the road in Cyprus. Road signage is good and easy to follow and displayed in both English and Greek.

HAIRDRYERS
Please bring your own hairdryer as these are rarely supplied at the villa.

LINEN / TOWELS
Linen and bath towels are provided at all our villas. You will need to bring your own towels for use around the pool and beach.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public transport is very limited in Cyprus. A regular bus does run from Paphos Harbour to Coral Bay daily, please take not of the car hire recommendations on each villa.

TAXI TRANSFERS
You are able to book your taxi transfer from the airport to the Villa on your booking form. The fare is payable locally by you to the driver.

Your return leg can be arranged with the taxi driver directly, at a time that fits in with your check out.

VOLTAGE
The voltage (240) and plugs (3-pin) are same here in Cyprus as in UK.

CURRENCY
As of January 2008 Cyprus will use the Euro.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating (where available) is charged in addition to the villa rental cost. The cost in Euros is payable upon your arrival in Cyprus to the Villa Management Team.

Why don't I see the Agios toolbar on my browser?

If you have installed the Agios toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and the Agios toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the Agios option. If you don't see the Agios toolbar listed, follow the instructions below.

How can I move the Agios toolbar to a different location?

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must unlock the toolbars before you can move them. Right click on the toolbar and deselect the Lock the Toolbars option.

You can change the location of the Agios toolbar on your browser by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the Agios icon by placing the Agios toolbar in the desired location. This functionality enables you to place two (or more) toolbars on the same line if you want to conserve space in your browser.

Please note that, as with all of Internet Explorer's toolbars, you can only move the Agios toolbar to locations on the top of your browser window. Toolbars can not be placed on the side or bottom of the browser window.

Why don't I see the Agios toolbar listed in the Internet Explorer toolbars list?

Some earlier builds of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a known problem with their toolbars. The Agios toolbar may be listed under the name 'Radio' (usually the second such listing). Go to View > Toolbars and click on the second Radio option.

Does the Agios toolbar conflict with my browser or other add-ons?

No, the Agios toolbar is designed to run without affecting any other system add-ons.

I installed the new version of Internet Explorer (6.0).
Why doesn't the Agios icon appear on my browser?

In Internet Explorer, go to View > Toolbars and check that the Agios option is selected. If not, select it.
