We are pleased to be able to provide a truly top class villa! This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Peyia and has excellent views of the surrounding areas.
The villa a superb roof garden that provides views of the sea as well as panoramic views all round. It features an extremely well maintained garden with private swimming pool compete with deck chairs and furnished garden patio.

The inside of the property is as good as the outside and all furniture and fittings are of highest quality. Bright colours and good ventilation make this a superb summer retreat. The main bedroom has a double bed with seating furniture and a walk in shower and toilet room. It has a private door leading to the garden. The second and third bedroom each have twin beds with the third room featuring a nice little sink and mirror. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

Kitchen is fully kitted and the open plan dining area sports a lively table and chairs and looks out directly to the patio and pool. It joins onto the lounge  which also has a large sliding door leading to the patio and pool area.

The villa is a 3mins drive from Coral Bay and the centre of Peyia Village is less than 2 mins drive away so all amenties are within close reach.
Sandy beaches of Coral Bay are 6 mins away.

Sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
If required, air-conditioning is charged at CY£2.50/day/unit.
This villa is highly recommended and has a 5 star rating.
