The lower level of the villa features a modern open plan
kitchen, dining area and living area each with direct
access to the large sea facing terrace. All furniture
is of the highest standard for your comfort, the living
area boasting a 36 inch LCD TV along with the usual gadgets
for your viewing entertainment.
The breezes in the summer that flow through the house
give you that really laid back and relaxed feel. Enjoy
your afternoons in the lounge, on the terrace or by the
large private swimming pool.
The upper level comprises the master bedroom with en suite,
LCD TV and private sea facing balcony, 2 sea facing twin
rooms both en suite, also boasting their own LCD TV. The
bedrooms have been furnished with vibrant colours to enhance
the summer experience and the views from up here are sublime.
The top level is the crème de la crème, the roof terrace.
The terrace is very large, sea facing and has lovely reclining
furniture on which to laze about and take it all in. See

Aphrodite Hills clubhouse and village square is a 5 min
drive from the villa. The resort itself is 3 mins drive
from the nearest beach. Secret Valley clubhouse is a mere
4 mins drive from the villa too.
