A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have large balconies from where fabulous panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. In the landing area there is a kitchenette with the washing machine and ironing facilities.
The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units throughout * for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A baby cot, and highchair can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied beach towels and two hairdryers for guests use.

Outside, lawned gardens surround the 9 x 4 m swiming pool with walk in steps surrounded by adequate sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols. Let the kids splash in the pool or run around the garden before taking a walk along the beach. A portable barbecue provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining with shade provided on the terrace. The driveway entrance to the villa is gated and there is ample space for parking several cars.
