Restaurant: Nicki's Tavern
Theme: Cypriot
Average Price Per Head: EUR20.00
Location: Paphos
Agios Star Rating: ******
This is one of the less expensive Cypriot restaurants
that we recommend, but make sure that if you in the area
to pay them a visit. No reservations are required, a large
indoor and outdoor seating area make this a very pleasant
environment. The restaurant is family owned and managed
and more attention is paid to the preparation of the food
and the service is friendly and excellent. Local dishes
are the order of the day, but the menu is very diverse
and less traditional meals are also available.
On the menu:
To name but a few - grilled pork chops, lamb chops, succulent
chicken, fresh fish with olive oil and garlic, crispy
greek salads plus many more dishes and wines.
To locate:
Follow the Tombs of the Kings Rd out of Paphos towards
Coral Bay. On your left hand side keep your eyes peeled
for the Venus Hotel, opposite this hotel is Nicki's Tavern!
Other things to do in the area:
Being located on the Tombs of the Kings Rd you can enjoy
the remainder of your evening in one of the many bars/pubs
that can be found on this road, or take a very short drive
up to the Paphos Harbour which also houses many coffee
shops and bars.
Reservations: Not essential as there is ample seating.
