at Petra Romiou and the historic Kouklia village on the
Secret Valley
resort.
10km from Paphos Airport and 26km from Paphos everything
is within easy reach.
This is an exceptionally large villa has stunning views
of the Mediterranean coastline and has its own large private
pool (10m x 5m by 1.3mdepth). There is a spacious sun terrace
looking out towards the sea as well as 3 balconies and a
large dining pergola which is perfect for Mediterranean
breakfasts. There is also a barbeque in the landscaped gardens
as well as a good selection of garden furniture.
There are 6 bedrooms (sleeps up to 11) and 4 bathrooms with
a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. There
is a king size bed in the master bedroom which has an en-suite
with toilet, twin sinks and shower/bath. Two of the bedrooms
have divans which can either be twin beds or pushed together
as a double bed. Two of the other rooms have twin beds one
of which is on the ground floor. The remaining bedroom with
a single bed and a writing desk has its own balcony overlooking
the hills. A cot and high chair are also available.
The luxury kitchen is newly furnished with the following:
Miele hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble
drier with a microwave and American fridge freezer.
The villa boasts a 42in plasma TV with DVD player and Sky
TV with a large selection of DVD's and Videos. There is
a selection of board games for the youngsters as well.
