What a fantastic villa! The entire process of booking with you was an absolute pleasure. Your service on the ground is impeccable and the villa itself just made the holiday perfect.

The information you left in the villa was very helpful, particularly the restaurant guide and tips on what to do in the area. The kids also loved it, that means we had a pretty peaceful holiday, thanks for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aphrodite Hills and would definitely visit again in the near future. The one level villa was perfect for us as we have very young children. We were able to walk to the village square (5 minutes) and the food at the restaurants, particularly the Pithari Tavern, was wonderful. They catered for all our tastes and were fantastic with the children. My husband and brother-in-law played golf three times and really enjoyed the challenging course! Apart from our holiday not being long enough we all had a very relaxing time.

The main attractions to us were the pool and garden which were great - the pool was perfect for our young children.

One thing which does need attention is the shade for the outside eating area.

Our family so enjoyed the holiday in Cyprus and were really impressed with Aphrodite Hills as a resort. The children and my husband played golf and I managed some time at the spa which I would recommend without reservation.

In terms of the villa itself, it was just perfect for us and we really appreciated the work and care that has gone into the garden. The position was great in that we were near the facilities but well shielded from noise and other people and we enjoyed watching the golfers without feeling overlooked ourselves at all. If we come back to Cyprus, which we would very much hope, I think we will all be keen to see whether this villa is available for us again as it would be hard to beat.

Researching, planning and arranging the holiday was made very easy by the Agios website and the helpful and friendly staff. Sara seemed to put up with endless e-mails from me with good humour and quick responses and the information we received was clear and timely.

We came away from our break well rested and with very positive memories of both the island and the villa.

Both the older children were going to write letters to the owner about the garden but have been otherwise occupied by the above. Would you please pass on our appreciation of the beautiful space they have created?

Now we sadly have returned from our lovely two weeks in Cyprus we just wanted to send you a message to thank you all very much for our lovely stay at Aphrodite Hills.

We have a fantastic time. The villa was completely lovely with all the amenities we could want and the pool and garden were just beautiful. We wanted to thank you all for making our stay so pleasurable and for all the hard work and pride you have with looking after your properties. Please also pass on our thanks to the owners of the villa, they have a superb house and it was sad to leave it.

We very much would like to return sometime in the future and would have no hesitation in booking through yourselves again. We have recommended the resort to a number of our friends and family because it very clearly offers everything a family could want within the resort. The Aphrodites Hotel was equally as lovely (managed to stay there for the last day of our holiday) and again highly recommended.

Thankyou for your email. We had a wonderful time in Cyprus. The apartment and resort were fantastic with lots to do and a variety of places to eat.

The apartment itself was just as described on the website and was clean and tidy on arrival. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. Another plus was the information pack in the apartment of local things to do - as this was our first time in Cyprus we used this alot to plan what we were going to do throughtout our stay. It was also pleasant to get a visit from one of your staff, Eileen, who came to check that everything was going well with our stay - it was a nice personal touch.

I have already recommended the resort to numerous friends who are interested in visiting Cyprus and from our photos of the resort i think it is a place they would choose to stay. I have forwarded your website to many of them.

Overall we were very pleased with your service, from booking the apartment through to the arrival and departure. Communication through emails was excellent, we were always kept well informed of what we needed to do in terms of payment etc.

We found the quality of the villa (128) excellent, which meant we had a clean, relaxing base for our holiday.

We were especially pleased with the assistance provided during our stay such as arranging a late check-out and resolving an outstanding electricity bill with a single phone call. Thanks to Eileen and John for that.

This was our second visit to Cyprus, but our first villa holiday. We will certainly be returning and will no doubt be in touch in years to come. I'd certainly recommend Agios and rentcyprus.co.uk to friends considering a break in Cyprus.

Sorry about the time it has taken to reply to your email. It has been a bit hectic since our lovely holiday (honeymoon) in Cyprus.

The villa was immaculately clean and very roomy due to the excellent design of the property. We found the owners to be both extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is situated in an ideal location to travel and see the sights. The book of where to go was very useful but could do with a bit of updating. Some of the monasteries seem to have been rebuilt since the author last visited them. Certainly support the recommendation to eat at The Bunch of Grapes in Pissouri. Romantic tranquil atmosphere and superb food. Pissouri is a must visit for any tourist. Unspoilt town nestling with some great views. Big thanks for the book recommending the visit.

We had a great holiday and really loved the villa - hope to visit again someday and would certainly recommend this villa and your excellent customer care to friends and family

Everyone I spoke to on the phone when booking was extremely helpful and though we had a few problems with the villa (no hot water and no pool filter if you remember) it was dealt with quickly and we were made to feel that everyone was looking in to solving the problem. The villa was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The groceries on arrival were very welcome and a nice touch. We actually could not fault the villa at all!! It was perfect for our needs and exactly what we hoped for. The quiet spot off the main road was ideal as it was easy to reach from Paphos but not noisy or crowded. The directions from the airport where v good and we found it no problem. Having the owner living near was reassuring in case of problems.

Thank you for your recent note regarding our holiday in Cyprus.

We certainly had a very enjoyable time and will be coming back to Cyprus in the future. The villa had all the amenities that were mentioned in the advertisement and the view across the lake to the golf course gave everything a very "open" feeling. It was especially pleasing to sit under the gazebo in the early morning and have breakfast.

I like the Aphrodite Hills complex as there is always a slight breeze which helped on our last few days when the temperature reached 38-40 degrees.

Hello Agios,

Many thanks for a great holiday in Cyprus. Please find below our comments on the excellent accommodation.

Six of us, myself and my husband, my daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren aged 8 & 10 enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Villa 194 very much indeed. The villa was exceptional and certainly exceeded our expectations. I would say that the website photos don't fully do it justice - although it shows everything as looking really nice, it doesn't show the "wow" factor that hit us on our arrival. Its spacious - so you don't get on top of each other. Its modern and very nicely furnished. The patio/pool area ( where obviously we spent most of our time) was really nice and the views out to the sea and coastline - both daytime and nightime were just fantastic.

The basement (which again far exceeds the website description - you should show some photos of it) was absolutely brilliant for the children, with the TV, playstation, dvd's etc. It was also a very stylish and modern room. The children from next door came round to watch some films with our grandchildren and I think they were quite jealous!



We were impressed with all our dealings with Rent Cyprus staff from start to finish. Lots of helpful information right from booking to arrival, with prompt email replies to any questions we had. The arrival instructions and organising of the (very good) taxi service again all well organised. Very good service while at the villa, with visits from Stavros, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff, and also having them at the end of the telephone if we needed them.



We haven't done a Villa holiday before. We usually do hotels or cruises, but if all Agios villas are of this standard, we would certainly want to stay in one again. Our grandchildren got friendly with the people at the next door villa (not an Agios one) and we noticed the incredible difference of standards between ours and theirs. Theirs wasn't at all kept nicely. The walls were blank of any pictures and the furnishings shoddy and the pool area not as appealing at all. It wasn't very clean either. I am quite fussy really and have high standards at my own home, so to stay in Villa 194, which was so nicely furnished - including very nice pictures on the walls and nice ornaments etc around, was so very nice.

Having come across Agios by chance on an internet search I initially felt apprehensive about booking my holiday this way.

Previously I have used Travel agents.

However I cannot fault the service I received.

Every thing from start to finish was simple straight forward and whenever I had a question it was answered quickly.

I arrived in Cyprus knowing that if I did have any difficulties I would be able to ring the office or mobile for an answer.

We booked the villa to celebrate our Dad's 60th birthday and we all agreed that it was Fabulous! The villa completely made our holiday. From the minute we arrived we were all delighted with the service from the pre booked taxi, to the welcome from the owner and introduction to the villa. He had even provided milk, fruit, bread and other essentials as well as cleaning/ washing products etc.

The villa has been completed to a very high standard and was very well maintained both internally and externally. It has a great pool which is checked and cleaned a few times a week and lovely patio/ garden area. It is in a great location near to the shops, restaurants and beach.

We would all definitely book again.

Dear Stavros and Sarah,

Just a quick e-mail to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at the villa at Coral Bay. The villa completely surpassed our expectations, it was faultless! We met the chap who built the two villas on a couple of occassions and he obviously takes great pride in keeping the villas in the best possible condition - he even cleaned our pool twice while we were there which was so thoughtful of him. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with cutlery, crockery, towels, linen and such.

Your website was easy to use and your photographs of the villa were accurate so I would confidently choose another villa with you again. The service was great, you answered all our queries quickly and were friendly and approachable.

We bought a few pool 'toys' while were there, like noodles and an inflatable ring, and we left them at the villa so that the next family who stay there can have some fun too.

Thank you for helping us to have a lovely holiday in Cyprus! We would love to come back very soon!

Villa 207 was everything we had hoped for. It has a homely bright and airy feel with all you need for a relaxing holiday and the infinity pool is really special. Our meals on the terrace were great and the sunsets were simply wonderful. The villa is well situated in a quiet location by the sea, with lovely views around the bay and not far from restaurants, supermarkets and Paphos harbour.

We were very impressed by the friendly and efficient service from Agios and will most certainly be looking to book another holiday here again.’

We have arrived back home to a very cold and wet England so as you can imagine we are not so happy! I am very pleased to offer you our feedback by way of a testimonial for our visit to Cyprus.

In regard to the Agios Team, I would like to say a big thank you to you and all at Agios for making this such a simple and easy experience, the whole process was stress free and enabled us to settle down and enjoy our holiday very quickly indeed. On the rare occasion that we needed to ask anything the support was always prompt and comprehensive and your friendly style made it feel more like talking with old friends which was much appreciated – it all contributes to the ambience of visiting Cyprus.

With regard to the Villa, I have to say that we were absolutely ‘blown away’ by the incredible views, the spaciousness of the property and the beautiful swimming pool; this was absolutely perfect for us especially with four children to keep happy! The property is well maintained both inside and out and many home comforts are provided for which makes for an easier stay – for example upon arrival there were already toilet rolls in the bathrooms; inflatables for the pool, water for drinking in the fridge etc.

It was well equipped and the location was fantastic for views and it was well located to all amenities.

When we arrived, we were met, upgraded and shown around by Philipos who was very helpful and also provided essentials for that evening to save us going to the local supermarket (an unexpected but welcome gift). The villa and garden/pool (number 2) was new, clean, set in an ideal location and perfect for all requirements of our holiday.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we could never fault the time we were there.

The villa was beautiful and a perfect size, even for 8 adults. It was in an amazing location (right opposite the shops and restaurants) with only a very short walk to the beach and it had lovely views. The villa was also clean with really good amenities.

I would also like to say thank you for your helpful instructions, everything was easy from arriving at the airport and being greeted by the taxi, to getting access to the villa. Our friend lost his bag at the airport, but we had all the addresses and phone numbers we needed to get it delivered to us.

I have to confess, I was a little nervous initially booking our villa over the internet but your speed of response and quality of service soon put my mind to rest.
