Sometimes you look at a villa and you immediately get a good feeling. Villa 101 is one of those villas. A couple of things struck me when I first visited the property, leaving no doubt in my mind that Agios had to have this villa on its portfolio.

The villa has a lovely terraced area that leads down to the swimming pool. It is complimented by the beautiful Wicca furniture that sits below the pergola covered section and this gives you a really relaxed feel. While the kids are playing in the pool, you can lounge under the shaded area and take in the Mediterranean way of life.

The villa is also very well furnished, the owner has taken great care to ensure that only the best items fill the house. With a spacious layout, superb interior and family friendly outdoor area, villa 101 is no ordinary Cyprus villa. It is a luxury holiday villa that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Although it is located on Aphrodite Hills, I would not say this is a ‘golf villa’. It is aimed more at the family group that is looking for something a bit more special. Aphrodite Hills is set amongst some truly stunning scenery and I give it a 5 star rating.
