cliffs, this Cyprus holiday villa offers the ultimate retreat

of your stay. This newly completed and superbly appointed
luxury holiday villa boasts two hundred and fifty sqm of living
space, overlooking the Aphrodite Hills golf course and further
out to sea, the coastline of Paphos and the birth place of
Aphrodite.
Interior - Lounge
The villa's open plan lounge and dining area is a spacious
location at the rear of the villa and it overlooks the patio
and private infinity pool. The lounge features a stunning
leather suite comfortably seating ten people. The lounge
creates a marvellous spacious atmosphere creating an authentic
Mediterranean holiday ambience. The dining room has a lovely
table, which accommodates up to ten people for an excellent
dining experience.
Exterior - Patio
The main terrace, which is enjoys stunning views of the
pool area as well as views into the distance out to sea.
The pool is kitted with sun loungers and there is a built
in BBQ for outdoor dining in the summer evenings.
Cinema Room
On the lower floor is a grand Cinema theatre room, which
has been purpose built to make the most of the the DVD system.
With a large projector screen, great selection of DVDs,
this has to be the ultimate in holiday villa entertainment.
Bedrooms
The villa has six large bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities.
Five of the bedrooms can either be used as double rooms
or with the benefit of zip and link double beds can accommodate
ten singles. The villa can therefore comfortably sleepsix
couples or ten singles. All beds are of the highest quality
with orthopaedic mattresses to give you that perfect sleep.
Three of the bedrooms have their own private balconies whilst
the other three on the lower level access directly onto
the spectacular swimming pool area.
The Private Swimming Pool
The 13m by 6m swimming pool is fully heated (optional extra)
complete with an automatic pool cover. To add to the splendor
of the villa is a hot tub which overlooks the pool. Being
positioned above the swimming pool it has majestic views
across the ravine. There is of course no shortage of sun
tanning space by the pool, again, the views are what make
this one of the best villas in Cyprus.
All in all, this is one of the largest most well equipped
villas in Cyprus for holiday rental.
