Set in a small exclusive development about 500 meters north of the 5-star Coral Beach Hotel is this high specification 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool.
The ground floor is spacious and open plan. The living area has a twin sofa bed, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, video and mini Hi-Fi system. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. An iron and ironing board are also supplied. Also on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The other 2 bedrooms are twin singles. There is also a 2nd bathroom with bath and hand shower over, WC and washbasin. All bedrooms are air conditioned for which there is a charge of CYP 2.50 per day, per unit paid locally on arrival. Hand and bath towels, bed linen etc are supplied and changed weekly; guests should bring their own beach towels.
Outside area: There is a private swimming pool 8x4 m, sun-loungers, tables and chairs and umbrellas. The garden area is landscaped and there is a car parking space.
The villa is situated close to the sea, for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained pool with sun-loungers and umbrellas. For the more energetic, the best sandy beach in the area is only 1km away and the local bars; taverns and shops are a short distance drive. Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15-minute drive away to the south with its pretty harbour and castle surrounded by an array of fish restaurants and taverns and the Archaeological Park with some of the world's most famous mosaics. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and clubs, many open until the early hours. A 15 minute drive up north brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoiled area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays. 2 golf courses are situated in the area, as well as a beautiful water-park, and you can also enjoy a wide array of water sports, boat hire, fishing etc. You can also tour the authentic villages around Coral Bay, or make a Jeep safari to the Akamas Park and to the many natural beauty areas around.
