This brand new villa has
just been added to our portfolio and because it is so ideally
located in Coral Bay, it is the perfect holiday. The villa
is also furnished to a very high standard with a spacious
interior giving it a fantastic Mediterranean feel.
Interior
The entrance to the villa leads through to a very large lounge
and seating area in an open plan arrangement with the dining
room, all very tastefully finished. The kitchen is found on
the right of the entrance hallway and has large sliding doors
leading out into the back garden. A large walk in w/c is also
located under the staircase which leads up the top floor where
the bedrooms can be found.
The main bedroom is a double with en-suite
toilet and walk in shower for those warm summer days. It boasts
a balcony that overlooks the pool area and spoils you to sea
views. The remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms, the second
room also providing access to the upper balcony. Extra bathroom
and toilet also located upstairs.
The exterior of the villa features a very
well landscaped garden, with private swimming pool. The lounge
and dining rooms each have large sliding doors leading out
onto a shaded patio that looks towards the pool.
The villa is located in Coral Bay and is
within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, taverns,
beaches and bars.
